I learnt how to do back flips a few years ago. The first time I did it, I all most landed on my head. My Brother and I have bean practicing for a few years now. The most I have done is about six back flips in a row.
I was a pupil at Belfast School and this blog is where I shared my learning. This blog has been archived, no further content will be uploaded or added. You are welcome to continue viewing posts, however commenting has been disabled.

Hi Tonga,
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! Lucky you have a nice big Trampoline to practice on. I bet you were dizzy after doing 6 flips in a row.
As a kid I could do flips on the tramp but don't think I would risk trying it now!
Can you or your brothers do any other cool trick?
Hi Tonga, That was an awesome effort. Just goes to show what you can achieve if you keep practicing.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing.
